Building detailed 3D structures, characters, environments, or architectural spaces.  
Ensuring clean topology and accurate geometry from the start.

##### **4. Texturing & Shading**

Applying high-quality textures, materials, and surface details.  
Ensuring realism, consistency, and full compatibility with real-time engines and renderers.

##### **5. Optimization & Retopology**

Preparing assets for efficient real-time performance (Unreal Engine, Vizrt, Unity).  
Reducing polycount, cleaning topology, baking maps, and optimizing UVs.

Implementing assets into the final environment. Delivering final renders or ready-to-use files optimized for the client’s pipeline.
